Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Zyra Land, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use Zyra Land on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• use the service for unlawful purposes or to share unlawful content
• harass, abuse, or harm other users
• attempt to breach security, scrape data, or disrupt the service (e.g., flooding, automated abuse)
• impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Content you create in Zyra Land (notes, messages, whiteboards, files) belongs to you and your organization. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the service.

We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not use it for advertising.

The Free plan is available at no cost. Paid plans, when offered, are billed per the pricing page at the time of purchase. Prices may change with reasonable notice; changes never apply retroactively.

Zyra Land is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and the free tier carries no SLA. We may modify or discontinue features with notice where practical.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the service or other users. After termination, the 30-day data export window in our Privacy Policy applies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bubilabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or ฿1,000 if you use the free plan).

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Thailand.
